How to Order

Thank you for shopping with us. Proceeds generated from your purchase at the GSSN Shop remain in our council and help provide programs and services for our local registered Girl Scouts.

Shop in person, by mail, phone, email or online.

When you shop by mail, phone, or email, orders will be mailed directly to you within three working days of receiving your request, or to save on shipping, ask about having your items delivered to your next Service Unit meeting.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cookie Dough. Sorry, no COD orders will be accepted. Please make all checks payable to Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada. All merchandise must be paid for in full before leaving the council shop.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted with a sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges may be made on current merchandise accompanied by a receipt for up to 90 days.

All refunds will be in the form of store credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for discontinued merchandise, merchandise not accompanied by a receipt, or receipts over 90 days. No refunds or exchanges will be made on special request patch orders, hosiery, hair accessories, dated items or clearance merchandise.
