All refunds required a receipt. Refunds that are under $10 will receive cash. Refunds over $10 will be process by check.

No refunds or exchanges on dated and/or discontinued items.

All pre-orders MUST be pre-paid. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges on pre-orders. Please note that special orders may include additional shipping and handling charges.
