eBiz Membership Activation and Registration

Welcome to the new and improved Girl Scout eBiz online registration system!

Adult members and adult guardians of Girl Scouts can now register online with our new family based registration system. With your new online account, you will be able to manage yourself, your family and/or troop(s) depending on your current participation status.

If you are a returning user to eBiz:
As part of the upgrade, all existing usernames and passwords were retired. You will need to create a new online account to gain access to the system following the upgrade. This will just take a few minutes, and you can even reuse your old username and password!

Note: Girls under the age of 18 must be managed by a Family Manager and will no longer be able to login under their own name.

New user to eBiz:
Follow the online prompts to create your new account.

As an individual, you can:

  • Renew your membership
  • Update your contact information
  • Update your address
  • Print your Girl Scout membership card

* Current and lapsed members, parents/guardians of current or lapsed members and GSSN training attendees

As a Troop Leader, you can:

  • Access each of your troops
  • Update troop meeting information
  • Print up-to-date troop rosters
  • Communicate with your members via email

* Members with a user I.D. and password

PLEASE NOTE – membership registration is nonrefundable and does not guarantee placement in a Girl Scout troop.
