In 1912, Girl Scout founder Juliette Gordon Low formed an all-girl organization that relied upon adult role models that gave their time and talents to bring Girl Scouts to reality. Through a committed network of volunteers and supporters, girls today are realizing their innate potential and their ability to change the world. GSSN’s Annual Meeting and Volunteer Recognition event provides an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding volunteers who have made remarkable contributions to Girl Scouts over the past year.
This year’s event will be held at The Grove at South Creek. Before the meeting attendees can enjoy a brunch buffet as well as an opportunity to network with volunteers, delegates, staff, and board members from 9:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. The Annual Meeting and Volunteer Recognition ceremony will take place from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Tickets are $8 and registration will be open on eBiz in February.
Please come out and support your fellow parents and volunteers, because without the effort and energy of all of you, Girl Scout could not exist. YOU are Girl Scouts!
