Ready to help your community and earn one of the highest awards in Girl Scouting? Cadettes can team up with a small group of fellow Girl Scouts or work on their own. To earn the Silver Award, you will research an issue you care about, make a plan to address it, and then take action to improve your community.
Download the following documents in preparation for your Silver Award Training. Here's everything you need to succeed:
Have a project idea? Just fill out the Silver Award Project Proposal Form
Once your Silver Award project is complete, fill out the Silver Award Final Report or send it to the GSSN Reno Service Center c/o Awards. The deadline to submit your Silver Award is September 30, after your 8th grade year.
Don’t forget to submit your bio and photos to girlscoutshelp@gssn.org to be included in the current years' program. Bios and photos must be received by March 15th.
