Thank you for your interest in Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada.
Our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. As the preeminent leadership development organization for girls, Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada is committed to giving all girls in our community the tools they need to become Go-getters, Innovators, Risk-takers, and Leaders. The results continue to prove that girls who join Girl Scouts develop leadership skills, have positive values, and most importantly, have an appreciation for their own potential and self-worth.
This is what you can make happen with a grant of $1,000 to $10,000:
A grant of $1,000 … supports S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) programming for girls in our DEI Program.
A grant of $2,500 … gives an entire troop of Girl Scouts from our DEI Program the opportunity to attend summer camp.
A grant of $5,000 … helps fund vital maintenance and repairs to our facilities at Camp Wasiu II to keep our camp a beautiful, safe, and positive environment for the girls we serve.
A grant of $10,000 … supports nearly 60 girls in our DEI Program throughout girls at-risk in our community.
